HELP! Think i'm losing my hair

Propecia can cause lowered libido and make you more susceptible to gyno. I would never use it, but that's just me.

Only 20 years of age and everytime i look in the mirror my hair line seems to be receding more and more. Ok it may just be me but i am really starting to worry. Should i just order some Propecia and take one tab a day for the rest of my life? Crazy yes, but i will do anything to keep all my hair.

I started losing my hair at 16-17... swear to god. I shave my head now. Im not bald, but im really thin up top heh.

I didnt try much besides Rogaine and Nioxin. Rogaine began growing some hair back, however at the time I couldnt afford the $50 a month to keep using. I saw no improvement after 5 months of use with Nioxin.

I have never tried propecia or finastride.

Don't mean to hijack the thread. Jdevlin, the link below is very informative. I have very fine hair. I added saw palmetto (thanks to Krishna) to my routine after reading the attached thread (I take biotin & use nioxin). My hair is thicker and healthier than its ever been.

That sucks bro..but i feel your pain..went through the same thing you did..at an early age (18) ... I just came to terms with it and shaved it off...but you could try all those options and see how they work for you.

You bro's are stronger them I am. I still haven't been able to take the razor to my head. I'm gonna fight it till the last hair falls out (which won't be long )

I take two pills (160mg - 85%-95% fatty acids).

I've been taking it for about 6 weeks. I haven't seen my stylist in 8-10 weeks. My stylist and another stylist noticed the difference. I will keep taking it and see what they say 6 weeks from now when I go back.
