help structuring DNP cycle

hello, i plan on doing a low dose dnp cycle for a little longer duration. ive done all my research and am ready for it,

i will be using 200mg powder caps and was wondering how many caps i should take a day if i wanted to run 200mg/day from monday-friday and 400mg/day for saturday/sunday

should i just use 1 capsule sunday-thursday and 2 capsules on friday and saturday?

Just out of curiousity why are you bumping up the dose on the weekend? If it because you dont want to be uncomfortable durig the week you should reconsider because it takes like 2 or 3 days or so to start taking affect. You could just stay at 200mg/d and would probably get decent effects, if it is not enough bump it to 400mg/d.
