help on PCT please

hi im thinking of starting my first cycle and was needing some advice i was thinking of sustanon 250 @ 500mg a week for 10 weeks and nolvadex pct 3 weeks after last jab but what dose and for how long i read 3 weeks somewhere any help would be great thanks

Why oh why does everyone like sus, I had much rather stick with a single ester than having to deal with bloat.

OK what would you suggest instead of sustanon and what pct to go with it. im open to any suggestions. this will be my first cycle thats why i came here first so i can get it right the first time thanks

thanks for the suggestion. anyone else have any thoughts on the sustanon nolvadex for first time cycle anyone else have a bad bloat with sustanon ?
