Find a few funny things to bring up(a Joke or Two), ask them some things about what they like , or even some good movies, compliment them on their hair, or etc without being to straight forward,develop a conversation in your head befor you go over there, Find out by their reponse who is out going & not.
Ask The ones who are or at least seem outgoing by your replies if they would like to go out to eat and chat sometime.

I walked into their apartment a few minutes ago, to try out the joke idea.
Their door was unlocked so I just went in, and one of them was laying down on the couch taking a nap. I turned the lights on and told her i had a joke for her.

As she was waking up I go:

...
