Bring booze. That will give you an excuse for staying longer. Then while talking and stuff, you'll probably notice that one of them seems more attracted. Then, on the same day/night, ask them to come to your appt. At some point, they'll be leaving and hopefully, you might manage to keep one of them.

booze will probably not work in this setting unfortunately. since booze is completely banned on campus (even if u are 21) and there is kinda a big taboo against it (half of the population doesnt even believe in drinking)
so i'll need a different excuse for staying longer.

Inviting them over sounds like a good idea, but I will definately have to clean/fix the place up a bit! I'm not sure what they will do when they come over.
hmm, i guess there is TV, movies, a board game, mariokart 64, stuff like that.

I think the only way to seduce someone, at least me, is to be yourself and hope you click. I don't think you can force it. But I might be an exception. I'm not into games. I'm not stupid enough to not see someone's motives when they're not genuine.

And yes, alcohol will make it easier. But why take that route if you're just looking for a relationship. Unless you're looking to have hanging from a chandelier type sex, then by all means do Jack Daniel's funnels with her.

the reason I am looking for something serious, is because if I start off fooling around now with women, i may gain the reputation as being a player, which would ruin my chances of finding a girlfriend now or later.

You have to be somewhat agressive from the start. Sound like you're being way too passive. They've probably already classified you as a nice "harmless" guy.

I agree big time on #1. works like a charm. they get all confused and start checking their hair and makup - then it becomes their biological imperative to corral you.

But if you actually follow tru and bang the ugly chick you're damaged goods. then they'd be taking the chicken-heads leftovers.

If I were you I would quit popping into their room every day for mindless attention, makes you look like youve got nothing else to do and a little desperate. Leave a little mystery about yourself and make yourself scarce for a week at least. Then resume with the tactic of going after (sex or just date) the not so hot chick and work your way up.
And you better start warming up to the idea of sex before marriage if you are going to have any chance of a relationship with a college girl who lives in co-ed apartments.
