I want to get lean muscle mass!

done 2 cycles before sus 500 and deca 400.

is it time to do 750 test and 400 deca for 12 weeks?

age 22

weight 93kg

height 6'1

diet will be good. 250g protein, carbs around 400g, cals around 3500

what you big guys think?

what you reccomend? bro? ill bump up the diet just didnt want to add any fat and stay at my current 12% protein is higher soon as my new protein shake arrives
 
hmm 22 is kinda young but if u looking to get big.. i would go test/deca/dbol
Week 1-12 500mg/wk TEST-E

Week 1-5 40 mg/day Dianabol

theres your answer. but that is if you want to stay lean. if you want to make the most of your cycle and build as much muscle as you can then go up to 3x your bw and double the carbs you have listed. lift heavy as hell. and dont do any cardio. you can always cut later once you reach the size you want. that is the only way to bulk. this clean bulking thing i keep reeding on here sounds crazy to me. half bulk + half cut = half results. i use steroids to build bigger muscles so i try for the 100%. i will also use them while cutting pre contest to preserve mass.

this is what works for me.

im also wondering if i have used deca in my previous cycles at the same dose of 400mg will it work just aswel agian?

i can add the dbol

ill attempt to double up on protein and carbs, its gona be hard to fit all that lol.

Yes, there is no physical basis for the idea that compounds stop working. If there were, we would all run out of compounds.
 
you'll be fine with your current amounts of 500 test and 400 deca. your diet will decide what happens just as much as dosages.
 
you answered yourself in the first post.

"diet will be good" If you haven't grown, is because it wasn't good and it isn't good. If it WILL be good, you WILL grow. Start eating good first and then try some help. And remember, you will have to eat good forever if you wanna keep increasing size. Good nutrition is not an "on cycle" thing. Is a lifestyle. Can you handle it?

You need to up your calories...fat has 9 cals per gram...need plenty of good fats (avocado, olive oil, tree nuts, ect) to add big muscle. Eat big to get big. Cut the carbs down and you will lean out.
