i put on maybe 5-7lbs but got leaner, harder and a bunch stronger. i kept my carbs and overall food intake pretty low compared to most bc i race cars and karts and 205lbs is as heavy and as big as i can allow my self to get. for every 10lbs over weight in racing, no matter what makes you 1 tenth slower then everyone else and i already compete in a heavy weight class. shit i miss the days of college football when i was 230lb and strong!!!!
