hello, new here

I agree with Bunny. You're pretty lean as it is.

Don't think of cardio and lifting as mutually exclusive. Cardio (especially intervals) is good for conditioning and nutrient partitioning regardless of whether you're trying to gain or lose weight. So eat enough to gain weight (a caloric surplus), make sure your big lifts (squats, deads, rows, presses) are going up, and keep doing cardio in reasonable amounts and you should like what you see.

all i can say is start hitting the weights abit more than the cardio, its considered bulking season so try and eat tons of calories/carbs/proteins and since your lean like myself you wont gain too much fat... perhaps get a spotter you can workout with daily to speed up gains and what not

Agreed, you are lean enough. I would get a solid massbuilding routine, back down the cardio and get on a balanced high colorie diet and focus on putting a bit of size on that frame.

Well, lifting heavy and cardio are a great combination together for fat loss. Lifting heavy will never impede upon your fat loss goals..in fact it will help!

I would agree with everyone above, though. You should definitely start eating more and hitting the weights..eat clean and lift heavy.. good luck man

Ditto :coffee:

I agree with everyone else. Lift heavy and starting eating a bit more to put on some muscle. Still do the cardio, but focus on the lifting.

Have a read through the training vault sticky at the top of the forum.
