The workout doesn't seem to be bad at all but people here need to know your stats (age, height, weight, years of training) and the rest of the week routine so you can get better advice.
Asking "how is this workout" is like asking "how is this meal" when you want nutrition advice....way too narrowly focused and lacking in any perspective. Nobody can possibly answer that question with any accuracy without more information. At the very least, you should post your entire split.
TRy beeing a ltle more percise on whoe you are. If you are a beginner take it a little easy at start, but you need to give more info. about what you are trying to achieve, do, and who you are.
Sorry I'm 511 185 pounds 13% BF. I'm looking to add some size to all areas and then cut down around January. I will post the full spit later. My workout changes every 3 weeks.
