Not many pro's, even the shape guys can do one. :/ It's a lot to do with the overeating, gh, slin, igf1 causing the gut to pop out even if they are someone like Dexter. The only guy I could think of that could pull that shot off well is Phil Heath. Hmmm, I hope he still will be able to in a few years!
I agree 100% though, they should bring it into mand. posing. It would keep some of those gh guts under control perhaps! I just think it may be too late for guys like Cutler, etc to rein it in after how far they've gone with theirs bodies. :/
C3bodybuilding (my husband) can still do one even in the offseason and he is in the 270-300 range but his waist is also 29 cut at 6'4, 34 when fully bulked. His secret he says is an old school exercise from the 70's, doing kneeling stomach vacuums. Arnold shows how to do them in his good ol' bbing bible. He said they have helped with stomach control greatly. Watch out for super sore ab and serratus walls the next day! I know you posted abouts pros doing them but just in case any members want to learn how to a good practice exercise which helps one master not only the actual pose but also a great ab exercise in general.
Let's hope more Heaths, Wolfs keep coming into the sport and soon we will see the artistic side of bbing back with things such as actual posing and not hip hop wannabe dance offs with guts.
