First sess back , today different approach due to the illness had the previous days.
I decided for a full upper session in super sets , with 1/2 warm up sets before 2 working sets x exercise
Incline chest press s/s triceps pushdown 200/50 x10 x2
Pec Dec s/s over head press rope 65/40 x10/15 x2
Wide grip lat pulldown s/s biceps curl machine 73/31 x10 x2
Seated Row machine neutral grip s/s hammer curls rope 63/40 x10 x2
Seated lateral raises machine s/s rear delt machine 50/45 x15 x2
Abs x20 x3
Tomorrow we hit legs , same style. Monday we start again with the normal training plan to leave the body the right time to recover
