Got my sample in the mail yesterday. Thank you so damn much!! Now..how should I dose these? Would like 3 a day work or take more or less or what? Ill start my log here Monday. Im gonna wait til then to start taking them. Is it ok to take these with AlphaT2 and lean extreme? Currently taking both of those. Thanks again my man!
