HCG Burns Like Crazy

This is the second cycle I am using HCG and this sh*t burns like acid. So bad I had to stop in the middle and start in another spot. It didn't burn like this my last cycle and I am wondering if something is wrong. I mixed according to directions putting 1 ml sterile water in with powder then drawing it out into a sterile vile and added 9 more ml. sterile water.
I thought maybe it was because it was cold from the fridge so i loaded a syringe and let it sit out for 15 min. Still burned like crazy. I am pinning it near my belly button in the layer of fat with a slin needle.
Anyone else ever have this problem??

What concentration?
Never understood why people make it 10ml. You can reconstitute it in 1-2ml of BAC water and have tiny subq injections.

Don't know what's premixed about it, Hucog comes in a 1ml vial though (not amp), which is a great feature. Just inject the supplied sterile water into the vial. Being in a vial it will help the HCG last longer. But you still have to reconstitute it.

Never had HCG sting, but if you reconstitute it to 10ml, that means your injects are volumous, which could cause more pain.

You can reconstitute 5000ui to only 1ml if you want. I do 2ml - so 250ui is 10units on a slin pin.
 
Did you mix it with the solution it cam with, or did you get some bac water. From the burning it sounds like the solution it came with. Toss that stuff out and buy bac water. Here it only costs about $3 for 50ml. You barely need any of it. It will probably expire before you can use it all. (Not sure how it can expire but it has an expiry date on it)

Hucog as wwell as a few others come "premixed" ne1 use this stuff?

I've never seen Hucog or any other HCG premixed. Hucog always comes with the vial and solution, and you add the solution to the vial. I don't see how you can premix HCG because of the instability at normal temperature. Premixed HCG would have a very short active life and have to be refrig'd the whole time including in transit. There would be no way to "stock" premixed HCG.
 
I tossed the vial that came with it a bought some of my own bac. water. Can it be possible that the slin needles I bought aren't long enough? I think last time they were 1/2" and these are 3/8". Maybe I am not going deep
enough and the upper skin is more sensitive?
Anyway there is a big bruise about 1" area where I injected last time. I'm telling you this sh*t burned like crazy. As far as the sterile water having alchohol in it like someone stated- I will have to check.
I assumed sterile water was just that.
I guess I better toss it and start fresh form a different source- although it will probably take over 2 weeks to get again.

What's your BF%? 3/8" should be fine if you are pinching and burying the needle. How close to the belly button? What concentration? Where did you get the water to make the additional 9ml? How large was the injection - 1/2ml, 1ml???
 
Do not use it subcutaneously, instead use it intramusculary. The absorbtion rate is the same. It is myth that it must be used sub-c.
 
WT??? I has not thing to do with needle size or weather you inject sub-q (WHICH IS FINE!), or IM. I has everything to do with how much BA is in the bac water, or is it really bac water verses HCL water with whatever is in that??. Case Closed. I can inject 30ml of one brand of bac water in one continious shot with no problem if I wanted to and when I bough a certain reseach chems companys own bac water it stung and hurt like crazy with only 10iu's. It's how it's made.
 
It could be partially the needle size, or more importantly the injection technique because he says he has a bruise there now. If I'm not paying attention and pull out too soon as I am injecting (insulin dependent diabetic) I can get an underskin abcess where the substance is stuck in the skin area. This WILL burn as well, even with insulin. So imagine with BAC water. If he's not lean, he could have not gone deep enough depening on his technique and the sheer size of the injection since he reconstituted to 10ml. However, if done correctly, sub-q injections are completely painless as there is zero tissue displacement.

From what I can find, premixed is ONLY done because of the stability issues with people and the powder (some people aren't careful and destroy the stabiltiy of the powder during mixing). Premixed has an immediate expiry, and the instructions include mixing an additional Xml of sterile water. Basically, it's just the powder reconstituted in 1ml of sterile water and must be used immediately. It's designed to be used over the course of a couple days at most (HCG is normally used at higher doses than we use it for, generally). I don't think this is what you are looking for, unless you plan to pin 5000ui of HCG over only a few days.
 
How much volume are you shooting subq? I can easily pin 0.4ml subq. I used to follow the instructions and pin 1.0ml (1,000 units/ml) and it hurt like hell.

What's the problem with dry amps/vials? Why do you need premixed? the dry amps allow more flexibility and longer storage/use. Not sure what you are trying to accomplish.
 
I've never had any burning or pain, except if I hit the ab muscle sheath accidentally. Otherwise, I don't even feel the needle or the HCG under the skin. I'd say something's wrong with your batch or HCG or bac water... Especially since you said it didn't happen the first time around. The way I find the area to poke, is to draw an imaginary football shape with your belly button in the middle. Then anywhere to the right or left, within that football shape area is good. But stay at least an inch away from the belly button, and at least an inch away from the center of your stomach. If you get too close to the center of your abdomen, or to the belly button, that will burn.

Thanks, I am going to try 1 more time this afternoon. If it burns I will just toss it and wait for the new batch I ordered.

Agreed Intramuscular all the way!! try it and if it still stings it must be the solution u used if so get ridd of it and buy a new HCG, or try diluting it with some more fresh bac water and go Intramuscular
 
Just got a new batch of hcg. Mixed according to directions with a new bottle of bac water (same brand as latch batch) and it still burns like crazy. It must be the bac water. Now I ruined another batch of hcg.

Are you injecting it right subq?
It shouldnt cause and pain at all
with sterile or bac water mix.

How much are you trying to inject subq?

If you are fairly lean and try to shoot an entire 1cc subq, you're going to get a huge lump that will burn like hell for a few minutes.

Agreed, you've got to be doing it wrong. Subq is the most painless way - not a single nerve around. If you are stinging, you are not in the pocket. Pinch UP 1 inch to 2 inches of skin, and inject deep. Leave in there until done, then pull out.

This is coming from someone who used to do 8+ subq pins a day for years.
 
I am injecting 50cc. I know it shouldn't be causing pain and that is what I am trying to figure out. I am wondering if it could be the length of the slin pins. They are shorter than the last batch I got. Maybe I am too shallow
and that is causing the burning. I think these are only like 3/8 and last time they were 1/2 inch. Could that have anything to do with it?

I would rather keep it subq as I am doing intramuscular 4 times a week.

Use an insulin syringe and do it as instramuscular injection. If it works come back to this thread please. It is a piece of cake.

Why are you reconstituting it at that concentration that you have to do 50units on the slin pin? (I'm assuming 50cc means 50 units, not actually 50cc)

Reconstitute it so 10 units on the slin pin is 250iu (1ml total water to 2500iu HCG)
