Have you guys ever tried this?

Tonalin CLA? It is SUPPOSED to help lower body fat, but has anyone here ever taken it and gotten good results from it? I DID do a search and there was a total of like 5 threads that didn't tell me sh*t. thanks bros

Is that conjugated linoleic acid? If so, I think the results have been proven to be inconclusive at best.

For a 'thermogenic' type fat, you might want to look into flaxseed oil. Just be careful to make sure it's fresh. If it remains unrefrigerated for about 30 minutes, it goes rancid. And if you take the rancid oil, it will leave your system very quickly, lol. So the pills you see of it that are on a shelf are useless.

Personally I can't stand flaxseed oil and had to return about half the bottles because they were bad. Just giving you a heads up.

Flaxseed oil goes bad after you leave it out? I have a 32oz bottle from Protien Fact. Ileave out but have the cap on it. Should I thow it out and get some more and keep it in the frig?

I am not a big fan of flaxseed oil because I have had way too many rancid tablespoonfuls. The problem being whenever I smell the oil (and milk for that matter) it always smells bad. Even when I know it's not.

I honestly don't think it's worth it for the oil. However, an alternative might be some ground flax seeds. Put'em in a coffee grinder, and voila, or wha-laa. Plus the seeds are fine unlike the short fuse of the oil.
