Hard gainer -dbol

I manage a restraunt so I do try to eat a lot and healthy (since Dbol anyway) I have cut out all alcohol, sweets, and caffine.

Today weighed in at 140.8.. Ive eaten a big bowl of oatmeal, three scrambled eggs, Muscle mike shake, 2 power bars, 2 bananas, apple, Large McD's french fries and Big Mac (no coke) just TONS of water, hit the gym.
Hopefully I will be up a LB or two tomorrow...
 
geez NOMAK 2 or 3 big mac meals OMG my heart just stopped oh wait no it just blew up!!!! btw have you tired that new krispy creme burger with two donuts instead of buns I ate three just now. (NOT I would never) LMAO

No, i hear it sucks and is disgusting from the good morning news. its made by paula deen. Ive always known that food and snacks dont belong together. and btw, its 1500 calories, i rather have 3 big macs at 580 calories a piece.
 
I add an extra 2 table spoons of pb and 2 cups of whole milk to every meal... easy calories and i love it :)

i used to do that, but i just add extra olive oil to my steak and chicken and serve it over 3 cups of white rice or half a box of pasta with sauce. im kinda lactose, but that doesnt keep me away from ice cream, but milk and anpb are easy high quality proteins/fats.
 
Beginners should not take more than 15-20mg daily since their steroid receptors have not been exposed to the drug before and will experience dramatic results using small dosages over a 6 to 8 week period.
i think we should see what happens with his dosage...

That is about what I eat post workout, lol. I was there man at 135 pounds when I started training. You will get there just keep chuggin away one day at a time. I think a low dose of any steroid will give you some kind of result. you are still doubling your test levels taking 10 mg dbol. Some guys gain a ton off very little gear. I know a guy who reps 405 on bench and takes 250 mg test e a week. He gets huge off low doses. I also know guys taking 2500 mg a week of various compounds and are not as big or as strong. Diet is HUGE. And be carefull what people tell you on internet forums man. Most of these guys are armchair quarter backs. I post pics up of myself on my log because I am not trying put up a front. If your cycle is giving you results than great. Just keep eating and lifting.
 
if your main concern is appetite. I don't think Dbol the best choice. There are safer, better alternatives. just hook up with 'ol Mary Jane, and she'll give you the munchies like no other. Or if your lack of appetite is really a concern, go to the doctor and tell him your problem and ask about megace or some other app enhancer.
