- Side-to-Side x 2

Med Ball Circuit

Need to work on my box squat form and stance. When I did the heavier singles they weren't heavy enough on my hips/hams and too heavy on my quads.

I don't know how well placed the bench jumps were at the end of the workout. Seems my explosiveness had diminished A LOT by then. I've done them when fresher and they've been much better. Either way, they're good stuff.
