Gynecomastia from puberty

Hi folks am new to this forum ans actually got here from google when i was searching for Gynecomastia + letrozole !

Am 20 years old had them since i was 12 or 13 i don't know exactly when !
I had consulted a doc. and he has confirmed the gyno state and has advised for a surgery.
Its not that i don't have the money for it, but i hate surgeries ! And i think i should try letro or something before i go for it.

Whats your opinion and are there any positive cases of gyno going away , i mean where the subject had gyno for 7 to 8 years

it is only a chance that the letro will work. it is a long process. during the process you will be miserable as hell, depressed and have an erectile disfunction. if it goes away and it is an if there is also the chance that it will come back. i think you should listen to your doctor. now here is the problem with gyno surgery. you need an experienced doc. they can make mistakes and make your chest look odd by taking to much away or not making them even.
