Hi there, i have had gyno since i was 13ish and i am now 22. I was born with neonatal mastitis my mother tells me, i have no idea what it is or if it is actually relevant. I have skuishy lumps behind each nipple between 1 and 2cm, the left is larger than the right. It is not tender, they where the biggest when i was 13 and when they flaimed up again a year ago.

My nipples are very puffy and poke out quite a lot, you can see my nipples through even baggy t shirts so i always have to wear some kind of jacket/zip up hoodie to help conceal be revolting femanine looking chest.

I have a body fat of around 15%, im currently on a very strict diet. I do not drink alcohol, i have never smoked weed, and have never taken any kind of steroid.

If my nipples where no longer puffy and pointy i would be the happiest i have ever been in all my life as it effects me in so many things in my life.

I have ordered the following medication. Letrozole, nolvaex, dostinex and forma stanzol. They will arrive on monday. I am going to taper up to 2.5mg of letro daily and take 0.5mg of dost daily. I PM'ed needto and he instucted me to get prami, i cant afford it so got dost instead. I hope it will do the same job but i am not sure i saw that a lot of people where using it in needto's thread that is why i got it.

Can anyone please tell me when i am supposed to use forma stanzol? If i am correct i am to use my last week before i start tapering off of letro and use it along with nolva to prevent estro rebound. It says to rub it on the arms should and back or something like that, am i correct in assuming this is what i do (i dont rub it on my nips or anything like that?)

I asked needto these questions but he is obbviously extremely busy and very in demand so hasnt had time to reply yet. I want to be fully be prepared by monday that is why i created this thread.

do not use nolva while on letro....... ask me how i know??

letro, prami/caber will be your best bet. once you shrink down the lumps switch over to forma, use the whole bottle and slowly taper down on it wk to wk. doseniex is caber i believe. .25-.5mg ED or EOD

lol how you know, ok so i shouldnt even use nolva after the letro because thats what i meant. What is the longest amount of time i can be on letro for, say im on for 6 weeks and im not fully cured should i carry on or stop and start another cyle in like a month.

I would use Torem over Nolva, and yes you will need Prami as well. The Forma is to help prevent estro rebound from Letro...so not until you are done with the program to use Forma. This was recommended as well for a Gyno removal program...

1.25mg Letro
50mg Torem
.5mg Prami

Apparently this works as well.

Prami is for prolactin related gyno. I believe caber (dostinex) would work just the same tho, I'm just not sure on the dose. I'm on needto's gyno program right now too, u can check out my log.

Id run the program as outlined by needto for at least 2 months to see if it works for u. He is the TOP authority when it comes to curing gyno. Good luck!

ok i found it and im reading it now. i see prami is making you nauseous, during research i read it has a lot of sides and that dostinex was a better option because if this. i'm relieved i made the decision to get it instead now.

can you help me on how to taper on with letro incase needto doesnt reply to me in time, you seem like a good source to ask as you have received his instruction.

Letro will temporarily reduce the size of your gyno, even drastically, but when you stop your gyno will come back. I know it's not what you want to hear (let me flaming begin), but this kind of gyno is not the same as simply getting puffy nipples on cycle or very newly formed lumps which have not yet resulted in fibrous breast tissue growth. That happens to every second juicer at some stage and letro works almost every time. But once those lumps have been there a long time and actual breast tissue has formed as in your case, then surgery is your only option. No aromatase inhibitor will remove that tissue, only make it look smaller when all estrogen is removed.

When my gyno glared up again i had my bloods taken, i just found them. My serum testosterone was 31.5 nmol/L (it says normal range is 10.0-28.0) and my estradiol was 143 pmol/L (it says normal range is 40-161).

These dont explain to me why my gyno flared up?? Can any one help

You have got breast tissue which has permanently formed from gyno when you were younger. Breast tissue has more aromatase enzyme than other tissue. This causes a higher estrogen conversion in your pectoral area which adds to the puffy look.

When you take an AI or SERM and minimise the estrogenic activity around your pecs, this causes the breast tissue to appear smaller in size, possibly to the point where it looks like it has gone. But as soon as the aromatase enzyme can get to work again without an AI or SERM interfering, puffiness will return as the estrogenic activity due to high aromatase increases again.

This can happen with E2 at upper normal levels. The problem is pre-existing elevated aromatase that comes with having real gyno.

2 weeks in right side is showing some great improvement i cant feel any lumps and my nipple looks a lot less puffy. Left side lumps feel a little smaller and looks a little less puffy (the left was always much worse the the right) hopefully after a few more weeks it will budge.

I have forma stanzol and im wondering wether i should start taking it now or a i week before i taper off letro.
