Okay lets start with the good....down 6 pounds this month......thank you Duck....

Bad news...no race this weekend....7 degrees out is just to dang cold to run....I think the high will be 13 and that is at 5:00pm the race is at 9:00am......Not mentally prepared either with all the stuff going on at home...so looks like the dual will be my first this season.

As for everything else.....it has settled down a bit...... I think

I ran 3.5 in 40 degrees yesterday. I don't see how you do it. The whole time my pepee was inverted... Keep up the good work!!
