Nov 15th.....


Well HT I never claimed to be a whimpy kinda girl. Im not to sore like I thought I would be...but I know I worked out. Today is a run and some abs....Im still sick and hacking so Im not sure if it is an inside run today or not...

Okay 15 min on the eliptical an abs

ABS:
3 x 10 25# cable wood chopper
3 x 30 10# Oblique twist with weighted ball



Total run miles for week:6.2

Thanks Flo...still pretty sick and its not going away ttok cough syurp with codiene and it didn't help but messed me up a little. i think I need to go to bed now lol

The best way to heal is REST...Hard to do but body will shut down when it has had enough...even if the owner of the body is a hard headed woman! :heart:
