So if u train at night u shouldnt be using GW? Hmmm I need to think about this as I hit gym at 8PM.

who ever said that? NOONE... if you train at night, then take it 30 minutes before... your not going to lose any sleep... its NOT a stimulant... you will find a much deeper sleep when you are using sarms... its quite the opposite of losing sleep... its a far better one...
