Got a god damn update

OK ....

All this time, 5 weeks, little to no acne. And now BAM!!! GRRRRRRRR ive got zits. I'll spare you guys the awful details but I just went and bought some acidopholus and took my first pill tonight.

Any other thoughts, suggestions?

Oh yeah and I also go tanning .

oh yeah and i'm back to 12.5 mg ed..only did 15 mg ed for 3 days...too much !!!

I think i found my perfect does..i'll stick with 12.5 mg ed as long as I get gains etc. Should be here for a while now!

i feel for ya TV... i haven't seen too much in the form of acne from my cycle... a little more on the back than usual, but that's only one or two a month...

but i have my own shitty update... aunt flo decided to pay me a visit today.. i've been a super bitch all day and now i know why... last time she came it was only a tiny spotting... but this time it will be the real deal

i was just getting used to that whole amenorrhea thing hehe... oh well... its great to be a woman isn't it???

on the bright side, i'll probably dump some water...

yup, almost 11 weeks w/o aunt flo... unusual, but not unheard of... everyone is different... it(ana) also gave me nosebleeds, which again is unusual but not absolutely outlandish..

but my menstration was not exactly regular when i started, i was 3 months off the pill and it still hadn't really straightened itself out... i waited until i finished my period, started my cycle and my period started again... only for a couple days though...

i have a hunch that my bf% may play a small role in the equation... i'm not THAT lean, but i'm on the borderline for it to effect those womanly things...

since we're on the subject of Auntie. I got my first one no probs, got a lil bit the past couple days, now its gone. So im on track, but this one was hardly a true "visit"

as for menstration, it really is a crap shoot if you will... some people see no change, brickgirl has reported that hers are irregular, but often heavier than usual, mine are non-existant until today... (i'll keep ya updated if it stays... but the cramps are there)

i have had the feeling that it is coming (PMS in otherwords) on a couple of occassions, but nothing... (other than one incident of spotting a little more than a month ago...)

it's really hard to predict...
