HomeBody

New member
30mg dbol ED 300mg test EOD 75mg fina EOD

Morning...4 egg whites....1 shake made to about 40g protien.
Mid morning 4 egg whites....shake 40g protien.
Lunch 2 skinless chicken breasts, veggies, 1 can tuna. 1 shake.
Mid afternoon 1 shake
Dinner shake chicken 3 breast, salmon steak, veggies.
Late snack...oatmeal 2 rice cakes, protien shake.

What do you all think, I'm trying to keep it super clean and getting plenty of water, but do I need more calories?

Any input please.

Are you joking!!!

You haven't included any stats or goals about yourself so no one can possibly comment on your diet.

Also that question sounds like its your first cycle. Dude your doing nearly a gram of test a week? Hell!! as well as the relatively high dose of d-bol. Might want to take it easier than this if this is the case

MY BAD....

Nope....that's right.....6' 260 14% body fat age 34.....My goals I want lean mass and strength as a cutting cycle is next.

Any other info?

A good growing diet? More food on your plate and more plates on the bar.

It sounds like you're just looking for an excuse to do a cycle.

Sort of a vague question, one you surely could have searched for . . . but try consuming your bodyweight x 15-20 calories.

Your right I must be looking for an excuse to do one Nelson, hell who am I to agrue with an expert right?

I'll keep my comments to myself as I was under the impression that was a board to learn from.

Thats a cutting diet, bottom like at 260 no one can grow that low... Get the calories up to atleast 4000

Well, Generally I try to keep protein intake to 1 - 1.5 g per pound of bodyweight, I'm not shooting to be a pro-bb'er and i feel like shit and bloated as hell when i try to eat 2g per pound of bodyweight (especially considering that I'm 6'6" and 235, so that's a lot of protein).... Anyway, when I'm trying to gain some good weight i go for about 18-20 times my bodyweight in calories/day... More towards the 20 end and you'll probably start to put on a little fat, I like 18 personally (i just put up to 20 for a little range) .I also shoot for 1-1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight... Carbs i don't monitor as closely, but I try to keep them relatively low and usually I'll get them only from whole grains and oats and brown rice and sweet potatoes...
Fat i don't worry too much about either, i just try to NOT eat a carb AND fat heavy meal at once, that tends to pack on fat...
Hopefully this isn't too confusing and helps a little bit.. Happy gaining bro.

Where are your carbs? I'm natural, weigh a lot less than you, and when I'm not cutting I eat like this:

8AM
huge bowl of fiber 1
Pro complex shake in 2% milk with a shot of grapeseed oil

10:30
1 pound or so of chicken in 2-3 cups wild rice

1:00
Protein shake in water, box of kraft mac+cheese

---workout (time varies), Isopure bottle (40 g protein) mixed with 100-150 g dextrose powder (I just throw scoops in), then an optimum shake in water blended with a banana. BLOATING HAHA

4:00
1 lb steak, potatoes

-carb cutoff

6:00
Salmon or orange roughy (2 filets), almonds, veggies, Udo's choice oil

8:00
Procomplex shake in milk with extra virgin olive oil

10:00
1 lb 93% lean hamburger, veggies/salad

Before bed
KC strip steak (8 ozs - 1 lb)
