Well.. First i started off with a shitty oral only cycle, then i did a testosterone enanthate with 250mg a week, and then i thought what the hell, ill go a little more next time, so then i did a cycle with 500mg a week, and then as my last i did the Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - /test/oral.. At the first 2 cycles i didnt really grow that much, perhaps my training wasn't all that good at that time, sins i still was pretty new to all the juice stuff..

so lets see your diet step by step for a hole day well on the juice bro..and please be as honest as you can...also how you train give us a weeks brake down of that.
