Gonna cut, need some advice

So, im currently at 87 kilos with arround 17% bf, 3 months till vacation, motivation is on top, and the plan is to drop to 10-12%

the plan is 2 days on 2 days of with clen at 120mcg 2 days off with eph, also gonna add 30mg of tbol to spare as much muscle as possible, planning on changing from tbol to 50mg win at the end of the cycle but not sure if i should do those for 6 or 4 weeks.

1-6 30mg tbol ed
1-12 2 days on 2 days off 120mcg clen
1-12 2 days on 2 days off eph
6-12 50mg win ed
1-12 n2guard

pct: 20-40mg nolva ed

diet: 2000-2500 kcal a day, mostly proteins, carb meal before workouts.


so heres my few questions:
is 30mg tbol enough to spare enough muscle, and possible gain some?
thinking of adding t3, 50 or 75mg a day?



I know some of you might say that the diet + training is the key, and yes i know, and both are good, allready lost 13 kilos since august, but want it to go a tiny bit faster, and look a bit better before the vacation.
 
What about anadrol for the Tbol... Bit more potent and a bit more muscle gain over the Tbol. Or id say keep the Tbol, and throw some test in. You could go 500 mg a week of test E for 10 weeks. It would only harden you up. Im a beleiver in test being the base of every cycle. I beleive it accounts for lower side effects during cycle. 250 mg E3d.

If just trying to cut the weight, anadrol should work out ok for you. More of a keeping gain with less water retention than DBOL. Id go 6 weeks at 50mg ED weeks 1-2, 100mg ED weeks 3-4, 50mg ED weeks 5-6.
 
dude man up use just some test and masteron,screw the orals,if ur trying to cut reduce your normal calories intake by about 500cals..do more cardio
 
you really dont need to worry about sparing muscle at 17%.. cut down towards 10% then add the gear.. 12 weeks of methyls is too much
 
It's enough to spare even 10 mgs am dbol would do don't listen to that guy who recomended drol or high dose test at the end of the day how much cardio you do and how clean you eat will bring the best results don't worry too much about losing a lil strength just shred then do a lean bulk cycle

stair master and eliptical are the kings of cardio crank them all the way up I shoot for 30 mins and 500 cals per session
 
drol is the worst thing in the world for any kind of cut.
dbol not much better.
Go with Tbol or Katana, its what they were ment to do bro!
 
ur not gonna reach your goals without focusing on diet and cardio .. that is a big drop 7% bf. it can be done, but it starts with diet. i would run a catabolic diet, and i would jog 2-3 miles ED.

ye, and i know the key is the diet, with no exercise im buring arround 1900-2000 kcals a day, i usually train for 1 to 2 hours, and ill throw in an extra 30min fasted cardio in the morning, besides all this, my workday is 10hours a day for 5 days a week, this is 10hours of nonstop moving and lifting things, so i know ill burn shit loads, hence why i shouldnt really drop below 2500 kcals

hence the hectic days, thats why i really wanted to throw in some tbol, as im really unsure how high my kcal burn will be, and we all know muscles drops fast, but, if i can at the same time can gain even 2-4 kilos of muscle, that will help out loads, planning on loosing 4-6 kilos of fat during these 3 months
