Gonna cut, need some advice

Sorry, im not a fan of long slow cardio, much easier to cut a few hundred cals a day and use the 30 minutes to take a nap :).
 
Exactly a calorie burned is a calorie burned I'm all about intense cardio go look at my log and see how well that worked for me...

Edit; 50 or 75 mcg t3 a day?

oh and btw, anyone has any exp with how fast hgh frag, or even GH works, i know ur suppose to run it for several months, but will it have any effect at all if i do it for the 3 months im cutting?

You might notice a small change ,heck! if the diet is dialed in and you loose quickly theres no way to tell if its the diet or a combo of both.
HGH fraq offers the fat burning ability of HGH without the organ growth .

ill drop it for now then, rather save some money up till after vacation:)
