Varies person to person and depends on the details of the surgeries but in general I think i was back in the gym around 4 months. My left side is weaker than right side when it comes to benching/incline dumbells but its not that bad. The thing to remember is not to go all the way down on benching from now on after the surgery so you dont torque the cuff. Wish I had known this 20 years ago and would have saved my ass all the cuff wear and tear and saved the surgeries.

do you keep on fuking it up? or was it a succession of operations for the initial injury

Damn four months. Can you do any exercises? Cardio or legs? My legs lag bad. Maybe a good time to let them catch up. This is going to suck!

squatting or deadlifting obviously hell no.
and you'll be plate loading the leg press with 1 arm
