sustanon at 500mg every 5 days, it's now week 8 and i'm fuckin really feeling strong and rejuvenation is so fast its incredible.

i feel like pumpin and pumpin and haven't taken a day off in 6 days!

i feel great and stronger every day, but at the same time know that i need a day to rest somewhere in there. i keep saying..
"o.k, tomorrow i'll take off".

then tomorrow comes and i say:
"i feel good today, i'll just take tomorrow off"

damn it!

okay....if youre taking sustanon at 500mg every 5 days, im assuming you know what youre doing in the gym, so with that being said...you know the importance of rest to the body, and should be able to motivate yourself to take a day or two off.

yeah i know.

5'11, 190, 10% bodyfat.

and usually i do a one day on, one day off routine as my body simply is so fuckin tired the following day after an intense workout.

but with this sustanon, i'm killing myself harder than ever and the next day i'm like new AND a pound heavier!

today was my 6th straight day so tomorrow i'm forcing myself to take off, but believe me when i say that on this sustanon i feel like i can train for 2 weeks straight!

I don't know if you are in BB or PL or what....but if you're lifting heavy, my main concern with lack rest while on would be tendon/joint issues. Just because your muscles can take it doesn't mean the supporting tissue can. Unfortunately this is something you probably won't realize until you're off. You'll come down, in whatever fashion you do (god forbid it's clomid), and within a few weeks, you might find that you can't lift the same weight you were lifting, and that when you do your elbow hurts, or shoulder hurts, or knee hurts, etc... It won't be because the pain is NEW, but because you're actually FEELING it for the first time.

SPATTS...

why yes indeed i plan on using clomid.

i'd like to hear your comments on clomid and post therapy.

For the guys I know that use clomid, it turns them into whiney, pms'ing little bitches. Very, very moody...and the "depression" it can temporarily bring on won't help with the combined fact that you're feeling weaker, smaller, and starting hurt all over. It's alot of factors coming together, and clomid doesn't seem to make handling it any easier.

so then your objection to use of clomid is strictly due to a psychological imbalance at an already discouraging time.

that's perfectly understandable and agreed.

but i suppose that one who IS ready for a slight crash (due to low hormone levels) and mood swings (from clomid) and still trains his/her ass off while dieting properly will benefit from clomid.

SPATTS......

off topic but there's an ongoing debate in the anabolic board on which i believe you posted your view on cardio.

nelson seems to be opposed to cardio and while i've seen great results from training alone (thanks to good genetics and sustanon - lol) i was wondering if a 45 minute walk at a moderate pace (50% mhr) is considered "cardio".

also, is such walk catabolic at all?

thanks.

Any activity can be catabolic given the right circumstances. It always surprises me the people that are shocked to learn that every time they walk into a gym and lift weights, they are doing something catabolic. That's the idea...to do something catabolic to get your body to react with something anabolic.

To answer your question, I agree with Brickgirl. Keep some amo up your sleeve...don't pull out all the stops at once. First, diet...then maybe you need to add in a little cardio...then later maybe a tad more....then later maybe you add in 2x a day session (I'm talking comp prep here). If you bust out all the stops at once, you don't have any tricks left in your bag for shocking your body.

I say do what works. Isn't that the point? To reach a goal? Who cares if the way you got there doesn't jive with how someone else thinks you should get there? If what you're doing is working, keep doing it. If you're feeling you need a shock to the system, then either tighten up the diet or do cardio. Worst case scenario, it doesn't work and you try something else.

take a day off man. I know it seems like you are invincible now but the one day off does wonders for your joints and energy stores. When going off I would suggest hcg a little clomid anavar and clen. this way you will have some strength left and get the beneficial properties of clen to help cut and increase strength. plus with hcg and clomid you can jump start your own natural test levels

I always take a day off, and know exactly where you are coming from on this topic. My day off now consists of 60-90 minutes of cardio and nothing else. This way I dont feel like a lazy bastard for not going to the gym.
