All back to normal today......I was itching to hit the gym all day long, I fit dayed my food intake up until 4PM (the pre workout meal) just out of curiosity, and I crammed down 5000cals by then......I'm done for the day now, except for a whey shake before bed, I think this might end up being close to a 7000 calorie day, considering I didn't count oils, peanut butter, etc on fitday.
Had a great workout today.....I think the shoulder strain and food poisoning served as a deload by default.

Good night, felt good to get back to business, going into bench after PP is an idea I got from Glenn Pendlay, the bench felt great, I didn't even take a handoff for any of the sets, just had the spotter there for safty's sake, I think I can go to 355x5 next week and 365x5 the next doing this and then I will have to make an adjustment of sorts.
And.....I have a new assortment of homo-erotic pics.....I have to take more, some shots of the wheels etc etc.......I must have rehydrated, as I weighed in at 255.
