Goal: Jacked inner pecs and thunderous biceps

Feeling a little better today.....not 100%.....but a lot better than yesterday. Last night, I had some Won-Ton soup and white rice (from a quality, family-owned place, NOT a buffet, lol). For some reason ice cream sounded tolerable, so I had a couple scoops. I've been eating my normal fare today, just not as much as usual......I didn't bother weighing myself because I have been using the scale at the gym and I like to keep the instrument standard.

I am gonna give it one more day, then train tomorrow.
 
All back to normal today......I was itching to hit the gym all day long, I fit dayed my food intake up until 4PM (the pre workout meal) just out of curiosity, and I crammed down 5000cals by then......I'm done for the day now, except for a whey shake before bed, I think this might end up being close to a 7000 calorie day, considering I didn't count oils, peanut butter, etc on fitday.

Had a great workout today.....I think the shoulder strain and food poisoning served as a deload by default.

Behind-The-Neck Push Press: 135x8, 225x5, 235x5, 245x5, 255x5, 265x5 (5 rep PR, go figure)

Flat Bench: 225x5, 295x5, 325x5, 345x5

Incline D-Bell Press: 100sx12-11-11

D-Bell Skulls: 55sx10-10-10-10

Good night, felt good to get back to business, going into bench after PP is an idea I got from Glenn Pendlay, the bench felt great, I didn't even take a handoff for any of the sets, just had the spotter there for safty's sake, I think I can go to 355x5 next week and 365x5 the next doing this and then I will have to make an adjustment of sorts.

And.....I have a new assortment of homo-erotic pics.....I have to take more, some shots of the wheels etc etc.......I must have rehydrated, as I weighed in at 255.

Looks like you achieved the goal of thunderous biceps eh? What about those jacked inner pecs? lol ... Don't forget to take a calf shot ... I'm curious after your calf comment ;)

Bunny....I will get one up, you won't be impressed w/ the calves as I said, lol....actually, I have a lower body shot in my gallery in my profile that Plat members can see if they click to enlarge, it's the thigh/calf, so you can check that out.......I'm not too concerned about it, but if they were bigger, it'd be cool, I might do calf raises once a week and see what it does........one of my best friends who hasn't so much as touched a weight since 1997 (the year we graduated from high school, lol) has 22" ripped calves, but thats the nature of it, lol......I'd post my ass if I didn't care about being obscene, it sticks out a good mile.
