GNC Mega Men Multivitamin?

Just bought 90 caplets for a price 16.99.


Was just wondering if 1 in the morning is all you need for a 6'0 175 lb person.


ALso if it lacking any other essential vitamins/minerals that might be work to help for bodybuilding.

i swear by them...def. my fav. vitamin. i take two a day and i'm 180lbs... i'd go with 2 times, at once or one in the morn and one at lunch. Their time released too. They pretty much have everything unless if you want to take extra for something. i still take 1000 mgs of vitamin c and flaxseed oil daily

You guys who love Mega Men, I don't know where u live but I live and work in GNC/Fl and Megamen is on sale. Also, buy a gold card, it is worth the 15$ you pay annually as you save on 20% the first 7 days of every month. I work there p/t and I am a nutritionist/wellness consultant also. They do have some good stuff but where can I get tribulus terrestis with minimum of 42% saponins per George Spellwins suggestions? I am a newby, not sure how to move around on these forums. Thanks.
