Welcome to my log:D

Big shout out to Zed to for helping me out here.......

Junkie you have just way too much stuff in there for a beneficial 5x5. If you are doing the 5x5 properly you would not have the energy for all of that.
Im gonna write a 5x5 out for you here and also comments.

Workout A
Squat
Flat BBL bench press
BBL rows from the floor.

Workout B
Squat
Overhead BBL press
Dead Lift

THATS IT BRO!!
Workout every 48 hours, alternate A and B.

I guraentee from expereince that if you do this properly you will explode. I know you have the work ethic so DUDE YOU GONNA EXPLODE!!
IF you want to add some extreme emphasis to any body part then throw in a 10x3 every other workout on that body part.
If you wanna add biceps, and calves then go on and do that. (one on A and the other on B)

To get the benefit from your AAS and this program you really have to eat. And bro I mean eat everything that is not nailed down.
Ok Junkie......I CHALLENGE you to do this for 12 weeks. Then if your not only happy but also very dam impressed with it, I will buy you your next cycle! But you have to work the program.

To work the program you add 5 LBS to every lift every workout! Excpet squats and deadlift, on these you add 10 Lbs every workout.
Also on the Deadlift you could alternate Rack Pulls every other time, or you could just opt for DAM HEAVY RACK PULLS instead of Deadlifts. But I mean so heavy that you must use straps to get your sets out. Also do them from mid shin.

I know this is a whole lot less volume then you think you need bro. But I will tell you this, whenever I want to go to mass/strength this is exactly what Im gonna do.
This is all about intensity. If you do it right you gonna be dragging your ass out of the gym bro. It really is the best that I have found so far and I love it and the results that I get from it.
Oh yeah by the way, you really need to start out at light weights or you will max out way too soon. For bench press I started with 135...ended at 255 or 265 cant remember. Overhead press I started with just the bar and ended at 125 or so. Dips I started with body weight and ended with a pair of 45s strapped to me. So thats what it can and will do for you bro! Thats some pretty dam impressive gains in my book.
But remember you really have to feed this program to get the benefit from it.

I was thinking that myself, like maybe throw a couple extra sets in an increase the weight a little just to prep myself for the heavier weights when they come, and also I would feel like I was wasting my drol throwing around those light weights for the first couple weeks lol

and as far as calories go i'm gonna be eating a lot every day, BUT like you said i'm really gonna load up on those calories right before I train and the next 12-16 after I train I'm gonna be eating like rhino

hey quick question for ya....i've got a vial of test prop layin around, would it be a good idea to throw that in the cycle at 100mg eod for the first few weeks while i'm waiting for the test e to kick in. Kinda like kickstarting the cycle with drol and a little test prop?
 
Hit workout B today for the last time before I start the cycle....Pulled 275x5 on the DL, felt pretty good considering I havn't trained heavy with these in about 6 months. Strength on the squat and OHP aren't really were I would like it, but that will come in time

I have spent the last couple weeks dialing in my technique and starting weight for monday, so this is what i've decided to start with

Squat-135lbs
OHP-65lbs
Deadlift-195lbs

and i'll throw some extra sets in with heavier weight to prepare my tendons for the heavy weight t
 
Well on the Test P you could do that or you could put it in toward the end, that might be interesting........and may just help you carry the program the full 12 weeks, just a thought.

i have a bottle of beast that I'm gonna run toward end the after my last deca pin....when were you thinking would be ideal for the test prop? I'm think I'm gonna throw it in at day one to kickstart things.....if you think it would be beneficial to run some at the back end then I can always get some more:D lol

I think that looks good bro. I have never done it that way but it lookis like it should really pump you up on the back side and give you a decent front load too. To me IMO that should be tits bro.

started dosing aromasin @12.5mg ed and dostinex .5mg 2x week..decided to just start this from day 1 because I wold rather prevent problem than wait to see if they arise before addressing them

got plenty of clean calories and water in pre-workout all in all felt pretty good today

trust me your gonna need it! it's also important to let your body fully heal before training again to get big bro. no point in breaking down muscle and not giving them time to repair themselves when you're trying to grow

I feel better today, I think it was just from the test prop. I have never used it before and I know it hits you pretty quick and I got that same feeling a little bit from the test my last cycle to but it didn't last long....but I'll keep him in mind if apetite suppression does become an issue, thanks Zed!

My right delt and trap was a little sore from the test prop pins, felt a little sluggish at first but I worked out the soreness by the last set on the bench and caught a crazy adrenaline rush and felt great on the bbl rows, through a couple sets of Pullups in but my delt/trap started hurtn again so I cut those short

Nice workout man , yeah it feels like I do that sometimes too , I used to do all legs when I first started them and now I feel it's all hip drive lol, but its alot easier that way haha

Yeah I'm gonna try to get a little lit in after every workout only because all I do at work is sit on my a$$, watch t.v.,play on my phone and post on here lol

And I'm gonna work on my calf raises as far as goin at nice and slow pace...its gonna burn like a bish

I'm already taking an OTC diuretic. What are some symptems of high BP so I can watch for that?
 
Also being out of breath way before you should be when you do cardio, and just feel crappy in general.

1 week in and I'm up 6lbs. Mostly water no doubt but I can already feel my muscles swelling up and filling out and my strength is increasing with every workout. Feel pretty good and happy with the way things are going so far.

thanks for stopping in big bro! I'm gonna take your advice on this ^^^^ although I know my back is my strongpoint and chest my weakpoint....in a few more weeks when I know that Test E and Deca is really flowing through me I'll starting hitting that 10x3 on the bench to try to even things out

Strength is still going up every workout. Noticed some minor back pumps today, not during training but throughout the rest of the day. Will get some taurine if it gets any worse.​
 
Yep bro the taurine def helps on the pumps. Also be sure your drinking plenty of water. Numbers looking good bro!

Felt pretty lethargic today, didn't really matter cause I didn't have $h1t to do today anyway lol...hoping it isn't an everyday thing

On a good note my apetite is picking back up, added 2% milk and have been getting all my calories plus some...95% clean too, just been eating all day even when I'm not hungry, I've got to be getting 4k cals a day in probably more on training days

Yep, I've gone through almost a gallon in a couple days, here's what I had for breakfast/pre-workout meal today....

16oz. Milk
3/4cup oats

2tbls. Anpb

Fatigue really hit me about halfway through my DL's, I did a set of hammer curls and started to do some concentration curls but was just wiped...I think it's about time to cut back on the sets and keep the weight more consistent. Also feeling pretty bloated but that's not a surpise with the anadrol but that should subside after I'm finsihed with it and the aromasin should take of most of the water retention from the test e and deca. I'm sure the creatine is not helping with it either lol

hell yeah I'm loving the program, those ass to the grass squats make a man outta ya lol. And the best is yet to come, I should start feeling that test and deca in a week or two:evil::evil:. I'm willing to bet I put 30lbs on with this cycle. Not the cleanest weight of course but i'll have all spring to recomp/cut, then it's test prop/primo/mast for the summer:p

Hell yeah bro!! I did it for six weeks in the transformation contest but it was a little different and probably just a little to complex for my first go at it , but I'm really dialing it in this time around with the routine you set me up with. Can't wait to see how much mass I put on!

Two weeks in and up 10lbs. Started drinking cranberrry juice and it's really helping with the drol bloat, I still look bloated but at least I don't feel like I wanna puke everytime I eat lol

I've just started the same SL program, with first hit of AAS, without the kickstart do you reckon you should still eat like a madman or wait for it to get closer to the "kick"

I would be eating a lot wether using aas or not, just more obviously on aas. What are you running and what are your stats?

I'm looking to put some muscle on, with strong lifts, same as your set up.
Running test e 250 x 2 per wk
Deca 200 wk.
Curious as to what to do with diet though... As I put on weight crazy fast just eating close to maintenance..

For 5x5 to work you have to eat like a horse. I'm not gonna be lean by any means by the time this cycle is over. I'm not expecting to come out of this looking ripped, but I am expecting to be much bigger and stronger than when I started...but I know how you feel, I'm carb sensitive as well but I lean out quick as shit too. So I'm not worried about putting on some fat

Your best bet is gonna be running a high protein,moderate carb and moderate fat diet. Dont worry about the mirror so much as adding plates to the bar and the scale goin up.

50 protein 25 carb 25? Something around there? I'm so freaking hungry since I came off keto diet.. All the time... Exact same number of calories. Just running 40:40:20 instead.
I'll jack up my protein a bit and maybe move calories to 3000? (my strength doesn't go up proportionally with weight) I'm stronger now than 20kg heavier by far.
Goodluck on your cycle and I'll keep checkin your progress man, interested :D
 
40/30/30 would probably be more feasible, and at 200 lbs you should be eating way more, im 180 and taking in 4000plus calories. If you wanna maximize your gains you can't be afraid to eat....I know how you feel tho, you work so hard to cut down and get scared to eat because you don't wanna gain any fat back. But you have to look at the big picture

junkie is dead on. For the 5x5 to be effective you have to feed it big time. Keep it as clean as you can but bro you just gotta consume mass quantities.
 
Kay, I'll Jack my calories up... Just realized once i started eating carbs again... I'm freakin hungry within an hour of eating a huge meal. Currently constantly hungry, same cals as no carb though -_-. will pop the weights up an food up from Monday. Festival this weekend.
Also seriously considering dropping deca as many have frowned upon it...

Bro deca is a good drug but you have to use it properly.
You need to run it with test to keep your libido up and running.
You must have dostinex on hand for the sides.
You do this and you most likley will be fine.

Where I am... Many products that aren't OTC are impossible to get. Even many American OTC products can't be acquired.
Trying hard to get hands on an assortment of things. But even stuff like forma Stan are unheard of/ can't even joke about getting it in /:

I don't know if the test e and deca are creepin up on me or the anadrol is peaking or a combo of both but HOLY SH1T I had a bomb workout and have never been so focused during a workout in my life! I even through 4 or 5 sets in on the hammer strength chest press, didn't keep track of the weight just kept throwing more plates on until I couldnt press it anymore, I had to make myself leave the gym lol....feeling like a million bucks right now:evil::evil::evil:

Hit a wall on my seventh set of DL, just couldn't keep a grip with my right hand so I just banged out 3 sets of 250 to get my 10x3 in. Cut my ab work a little short because I was just spent, good workout today tho

Just checked my scales... Didn't eat on Sunday coz had a festival.. But I went keto for a bit and dropped to 91.. Been around there, upped calories since, (2500) and I'm sitting at a weight of 96.7 kg... Eating clean.
Also every few days 12kms bike ride.
You ever get ridiculous weight gain off medium calories man....?
