Hey Gj. Nice job on going qualified for PT. it's right that its half the bate of you actually like your work so for you this should be a dream job.
I stated college yesterday to do my level 2 gym instructors too with the intention to venture into PT too. It was all very nerve racking going back to school lol but it should be worth it in the end.

Btw amazing job on the weights too it's all adding up nicely !!;)

yeah, after 1 day of albuterol i've had enough lol....I felt great and added albuterol and already feel like shit, not worth it for me id rather be hungry. i've got some forged burner on the way we'll see how that works

Much albuterol were you taking? How were you feeling like shit? The albuterol causes it by itself or is it due to takin it with stuff like tren?

What about taking something like gw 501516? I honestly don't know a lot about it but from what inhale heard as little but I have read it is great for fat loss and muscle retention/gain. Wish I knew more about it though and how it is viewed (illegal like aas or if it falls under that research chemical area).

I doubt ill go that high lol, I'd feel like a crackhead at that dose....I think 8-12mg a day would still help with some fat loss

Nothing spectacular that I noticed, I've used clen before up to 140mcg ed and don't remember getting sides much at all....hmm, who knows bro

my kids all have asthma pretty bad... albuteral is a REAL life saver for them... ive tried it a few times because we pretty much have an unlimited supply, but my lungs are good so it dosnt do anything for me there... i tried it last year for fatloss but dont think it did enough to make it worth it for me... maybe because i have had a high tolerance to stims i would need more?.... but it sure does help asthma...

What you get out of an inhaler isn't going to be anywhere close to what you would need for fat loss. You need about 16mg/day + to have it be beneficial.

Thata what id like to get it up to, 4mg today and felt decent will try 8mg in a day or two and take it from there, as long as it supresses my app that's all I really need

Interesting, I found that at 20-40mcg per day clen cleared my airways right up. I didn't get any of the commonly reported sides either. Next time I need to order some I'll try albuterol.

Couldn't stand the inhaler the doc gave me, kept forgetting it and it's a right ole pain having to fumble for it when you're knackered and can't get any air in! one little tab in the morning and another in the evening and I'm good all day. :)

Nice job on the WO. That same thing with insomnia happened with my I felt as if I had slept my full hours after as little as 5 hours. Strange that mine happened with small amount of test p.

Melatonin is a natural sleep aid bro. Works like a champ to keep down my insomnia while I am running Tren. Literally go from 4hrs of sleep a night to 7-8.

Remembering this for future.
 
took the day off from the weights to catch up on some sleep but I was a day ahead anyway

still got in 40min am fasted cardio 510 cals
 
I hope they work better for you than they did for me, they made me restless.

Ditto. Melatonin keeps me up, but some tryptophan 500mg - 1000mg and some unisom and a nice book and 15-20 mins later I can't keep my eyes open.

I read once that everyone is different when it comes to sleep. Some people can get by on 5-6 hours others need 8-10 hours per night. I usually go to sleep at midnight and wake at 6. If I go to sleep earlier I just wake before my alarm, however I will nap during the day..

im using the hammer strength machine were you sit down and grab the handles behind your shoulders on either side of your head and crunch down so it hits upper and lower abs at the same time, I start on 80lbs go till failure and drop it to 60 and go till failure all the way down to 20lbs and I do this 3 times and it really gets my abs poppin, i'm also gonna start throwing a lot of jackknife reps in after the heavier hammer strength reps to add density to my abs

I have this at my gym tbh I feel like it doesn't get me good contractions I think it's made for a taller person as I find I don't fit properly even at small setting ,

the seat should be adjustable, the key for me is not yanking forward with my arms and concentrating strictly on my abs....it works great for me, really gets my abs poppin

Today was one of those days, weights felt light as hell but I felt lazy as shit lol...took a little longer than usual but got it don. Probably just a little lethargy from the tren, nothing I cant work through we'll see what I feel like tomorrow

heres where alot of people fail to finish their ab routine

Lay on a bench put a dumbell between your legs and do dumbell raises , it will really bring out those lower abs!

thank you everyone for the kind words, just know that i've still been killin that shit so don't start slacking lol :evil:....diet has just suffered since I like to eat when i'm stressed, ive managed to maintain my weight tho just havn't lost any, probably around 10-11% right now so lets see if I can get sub 10%....either way i'm happy with my results thus far
