i'm gonna be honest diet has been a little off,schedule had been a little eratic and ive gotten a little behind on keeping everything I need in the house and have had some personal issues, no real excuse but its not terrible lol....

I've had been neglecting my legs for about a month up till this contest and its really showing....couple more workouts and I get my wheels back
 
I've also been waking up starving and eating any I can grab at night....so I will throw two scoops of whey in a shaker along with a handfull of almonds and a glass of water on my nightstand for damage control lol....iv'e still been leaning out, that mast is already changing my body composition
 
A great trick I learned for that is 3-4 scoops protein with 2% milk ladt thing before sleep mix so it's thick and it's slow release great hunger suppressant and also releases steady protein.

that works but dairy isn't in my diet now, so thats basically what the almonds are for....so if i wake up hungry and down some whey and almonds it will act like a slow release protein

^how much are you below your maintenance calories? might be shredding down a little too fast... could have just been a bad day though we all have them...
but better the perfect conditioning than the strength gains for this contest...
just a couple hundred below but low carb, so I thinks its a combo of low carb and neglecting those lifts in general because I seem to be doing fine in the volume dept just struggling in the strength dept.
 
ya, this round ive had my carbs up higher than last year and i feel my strength progression is coming along faster, so that is probably it... low carb and i just 'feel' weak...
you are getting in a good amount of volume, that is somthing i will pick up on in the second half...

Im feeling great now, must be that primo.....I murdered my back yesterday and I can't even tell I trained it :evil: which means only one thing, more work....I'm gonna start hitting back,chest, and arms twice a week

I will be hitting chest twice a week starting soon, but after 10 sets of bbl bench press with 1min rest theres not much left in the tank

Sounds pretty brutal. You getting good results from that?

This reminds me of something. Are you familiar with the fst7 system? Basically from what I have seen and limited reading that is out there without purchasing into it, you would perform your workout as normal (I wouldn't do the 10 set routine in the beginning but aim for a more traditional routine about 4 sets per exercise). Then at the end of your workout you do 7 sets of an exercise with about 30-45 seconds of rest between sets which help flood the muscle with blood and help shape that area a bit more. Aim for a weight where 7 sets will tough but manageable (have a spotter as you should have a tough time with the last few reps of the last 2-3 sets). Rep range for this should be 12-15.

Give it a whirl I incorporate it every so often when I workout with my friend and we both love it.

yeah i've ran eq with deca and a shitty diet so no noticeable effects, if I did it again 14 weeks at 600+mg/week lean bulk with no deca, but primo is the bomb bro....i'm leaning out and gaining right now and feel like a million bucks and recovery is outta this world, im pout to pitch a tent in the gym lol

about an hour and 15min woulda been shorter but I had to wait for some assshole to finish his bicep curls on the rack to do my yates rows :mad:not to mention I felt like someone shot me in my right ass cheek with a nine from my primo inj on thurs. lol Only my delts can tolerate it for some reason

im just listening to my body right now, why stop if i'm feeling good right? I mean im not running this cycle to sit on my couch lol...my back has always been my strongpoint too, my chest on the otherhand not so easy lol

Ahhhh, yes...well I don't really think its fair to compare to the two. Pendlay rows will focus more on the upper back and upper lats ,more were as yates rows are focused more on the lower lats. I prefer underhand yates rows for the lower lats myself.. I think ill do some pendlays and underhand yates next time...overhand yates are a little awkward for me

I feel great bro, started tren a on sunday...I'm getting the intense dreams and a small case of night sweats but other than that I feel awesome no sides at all
 
So I missed my chest workout today cause I had some other **** to do which im not happy about but I ordered everything I need to get certified through NASM which Im very excited about so today was a win for me :biggrin:

since I've started tren 3 days ago it seems to be really spiking my apetite, i've been waking up and heading right to the cereal lol, last night I had a pb and tibanana sandwhich too and it looks like im leaning out so i'm gonna take those xtra cals my body is asking for and add more carbs pwo which will put me over maintanance by a couple hundred cals probably but tren is hungry :chomp: I feel like I know my body well enough and i'm lean enough right now to hit sub 9% in 5 weeks or less so i'm playing with my calorie intake for a couple weeks
 
Nicely done GJ. I dont think percentage wise my gains were as much the first workout after starting tren. So that's awesome. Keep that up. Grats on theNASM too bro. That's a goal of mine as well
