I always strongly, strongly advise people not to have paramours on their deeds. NOT a good idea.

Not to mention the market in AZ (aside from Scottsdale) is fucked beyond fucked. Especially newer construction. there are a number of ghost towns, for lack of a better term, where builders started on PUDs and walked away with the projects half completed.
