My name is Daniel Pelchat. I think a lot of you know me. I know, lots of you won't believe it. Just check on alt.drugs.ghb.
I've been arrested on Sept 18, 2002 for conspiracy of manufacture GHB.
I've still haven't got my trial. The accusation is always delaying it cause their evidence is not ready.
I face 18.5 years firm in a USA jail. A guy who was selling in Canada got 2 months therapy. That's all.
I've been 3 months in prison before the let me go on bail. I've been in prison 60 days before I knew what were the charges against me.
If you got arrested, or get in the future. You say nothing. They usually can't do anything against you. Some people think that answering will help their case. That is not true. You can only deal that with the prosecutor, not the DEA. Thay will try to make you believe they have evidence they don't have. Like a friend who sold you or anything else. It's their right to lie to get you speaking.
They used false evidence against me. Like saying they ordered from Europencosmeticslabs and got their package from PelchatLabs. PelchatLabs was selling to other countries than USA. It was clearly written that PelchatLabs stopped selling to the USA more than two years ago (before it was illegal). Pelchat Labs has stopped selling altogether when all that happenned.
They tried to use undercover agents to make me sell GBL to someone who told me it would be used to make GHB. I always refused. I have that in the evidence and a lot of other evidences that will help me. They seized 73000 emails I received in 40 days. I answered all the emails that were addressed to me. None can be used as evidence.
GBL based Nail Enamel Remover and Glue Solvent are still sold legally and openly in tens of thousand of places in the USA.
