I am sure that it is helping but I bet that it has more to do with your hardcore diet and training. Also, what else are you taking or are you just taking the GH alone?

grainger--i did 5 shows last year and one this year all without gh. i dieted the same way for those shows strict and hard and always looked good but never hard and cut enough. judges would say man u look big as hell on stage great syMmetry and size but u need to come in harder if u want to turn pro and be competitive. 3WEEKS ON THE GH WITH 1MG OF LIQUIDEX ED AND ALL I CAN SAY GRAINGER IS THAT GH LOVES MY BODY!!! IM HOLDING ALL MY SIZE WHILE GETTING LEANER AND HARDER EVERY DAY AND I HAVENT EVEN THROWN IN THE DIURETIC YET......ITS THE GH BRO.....
