Which would you choose if you had to do:
3 iu/day 7 days a week
3.5 iu/day 6 days a week
4 iu/day 5 days a week.
From all i've read, i'm thinking the only reason to do 5 on 2 off is to conserve the amount of GH that is used.
I just don't know which way would be more effective. It'll be stacked with slin in the PM after the workout.
