I haven't had any carbs for 3 days... but I'm in the mood to set some PR's... so just knocked down some steak and flax oil for energy. Think I'll do some strippng sets and forced negatives for chest, tri's and delts. I need to bring up my tiny tris and delts.

Get off your lazy butts, and get your tiny, weak bodies in the gym.

im on a diet too,but i get to have carbs! but not setting ne PR's, damn . But i was shrugging the 125 lb dumbs today no prob. peace
 
yeah man, i tried the low carbs deal, but once i go below a certain level my strength absolutely dies. every single time i tried it too. i stuck it out and tried fat loading, but i was still weak. now i just cut my carbs after 4pm and it's working pretty well for me.
