So If I take this , I don't really need to take a Multi like DX7 on top of it do I? AND ETA!!?? =D

ON-GUARD certainly will have you covered with the RDA of everything, but it's not just vits and mins, it's all the other stuff.

DX7 is more concentrated and potent in regard to the micronutrients, plus it has a few other factors that are beneficial, but it's strictly a multi. You can work it a few ways -- ON GUARD while on and DX7 while off, or just use a half dosage of DX7 along with ON GUARD for an additional insurance.
