Genetics=Bullshit

Didn't read past the first 5 posts, but here's my take.

Genetics IS complete bullshit AS AN EXCUSE! If you think it dosen't make a huge difference, whether on or off juice, take a look around! But no matter who you are and what yor genes say you still have the capacity to sculpt a lean, attractive, muscular physique.

And just to let you know, EVERYONE on EF is at LEAST 245lbs, no one is over 10% bodyfat, everyone benches over 400 lbs, and everyone has a 15" cock, so it looks like you are pretty much near the tail end of the line around here!!!!

I know what you mean. I was at the gym the other night and this kid comes up to me telling me how he used to be all buff and Im like thats cool how old are you. Dude was 19 years old.

if genetics didn"t matter I wouldn"t have been moving more weight than him at a bodyweight of 165lbs!!! I can gain strength but gaining size has been a life long mission for me.If that"s not genetics someone needs to explain to me what it is
 
See i think gentics are key... not saying that anyone can be ronnie ... but knowing what your gentics are can help because ... you can pin point what works for what body style... Like an endonorph doing traing that is suited for a mesomorph you will just be spinning your wheels ... thats why most people stop training .. Lack of results Why becasue they cant get where they want and the ones that do keep pushing through untill they hit there nitch . WHICH WORKS FOR THEM ....... becasue they found through trail and error what works and all the time its becasue what work for them suits there GENTICS .........here is a breif run down on gentic profiles


Ectomorphs are generally tall and thin and have long arms and legs. These people have difficulty gaining weight and muscle no matter how much they eat or how hard they weight train. They have the body type you tend to see in ballet dancers, runway models, long-distance runners, and some basketball players. A very small proportion of the population has this type of body.

Mesomorphs

They may find it difficult to lose weight, but they excel in power sports like soccer, softball, vaulting in gymnastics, sprinting events in track and field.

Endomorphs
are generally shaped like apples or pears and carry more body fat. Their bodies resist losing weight and body fat no matter how restrictive they are with their eating. In fact, the more they “diet,” the more their metabolisms slow down to resist weight loss. These people are better able to handle long periods of starvation and famine (which was a benefit to our ancestors). Sports they excel at are distance swimming, field



Now here is the trick even though you are one style you can carry a trat of another So ..... know what gentics you are can pint point the right tranning and diet ...

gentics are a lot...i think the best for building is tall and broad shouldered...then you can pack on the weight...if you are short and large...it is harder to look shredded
