Go 200 mg deca week 3 and finish week 12 it's got a better half life than most. Don't blow your wad all at once unless you think you could get more. Week 6 and beyond is where the deca really kicks in.
I like Laurabolin for a great long lasting effect. I was still getting gains 2.5 weeks after I stopped taking it
