gearing up for gear

In 4-5 weeks I will be starting a cycle of winny,primo,clen,and t3.
I have been out of the gym for over a year and have just joined a new gym. Of course I will be hitting the iron during these 4-5 weeks and am very familiar w/ training and have a very muscular base from years of training/football.

But I have never really been a good dieter. Never counted cal,proteing, and carbs. I want to begin to get in good eating habits before cycling. What are some basic eating goals that I should strive for? Calories,protein,fat, and carb intake for 235 lbs. with 17% bf (im outta shape). I just want to get the basic eating rules/guidlines incorporated in my daily life BEFORE the cycle.

Good luck man.

BTW......before you take all that shit into your system you might try to just eat right and workout for a year or so.....Your description of yourself has me thinking you have great genetics; therefor, you might not need all that gear. (just a thought)
