Hey ya'll this board is the shiznit!!

Neways, i am of course on omna, possibly d-bol soon, and i was wondering about the gains i will keep. The guys that i know that took it gained 20+ pounds and kept most of it. I hear from a lot of people however that test doesn't really keep its gains too long....well if so, how do i get my gains to stay..just keep my calories up, eat 300+ grams of protein a day and kick myself in the ass at the gym? Help! laterz, BignBeefy
 
You have Clomid for post cycle right ? Besides loosing the water weight at the end I see no reason you will loose any other gains as long as you keep up the cals and use Clomid. Also when coming off I like to lower the number of total sets as you can't recover as fast from a workout while off gear

when i come off, i do clomid+arimidex. i reduce training from 4 days/week down to 3, number of exercised from 3-4 down to 2-3 per muscle group. i keep my calories up for the duration of the clomid therapy then reduce it down to 15cals per lb of bodyweight.
