Gains on EQ/winny?

Pec

New member
I know test or d-bol would be great to throw in with this, but how much should a person 175 lbs, 12%bf, 27 yrs old expect to gain off:
weeks 1-10: EQ 400mg/week
weeks 4-10 winny 50mg eod
(of course high protein, flax, omegas, multi, and glut)
Thanks

Depends on the person, how much calories you're taking in, how hard you're training, how many cycles you've done before and what types of products you ran, and how much rest you get and other stress factors. With all that considered on average your probably looking at anywhere from 2 to 3 lbs up to around 10-12 lbs. Whatever you gain should be able to be well maintained though and will be of very good quality.

I've done the same cycle... I'm 6'4 220 and got great lean, hard gains. I LOVED THAT CYCLE and doing it again this summer (only adding a small amt of test to it) Nothing insane but I kept probably 80% of it. No recovery probs either. The vascularity was AWESOME!!!

Good luck w/it!

What about the carbs??? And what's "high protein"?? Diet is just as crucial as the things you have mentioned you are going to use in order to get the most out of your gains...more than willing to help here...

100% right on w/that statement!

for a 200lb person what kind of protein and carbs do u recommend on this??

I am thinking about 300 protein and 150 carbs. Also some ANP 2x a day for fat intake..

Depends on what your goals would be...If I were looking to bulk, protein would be at least 300grams, carbs btwn 300-400, fats around 75-100 grams...this puts you at roughly 3700 cals/per day...I tend to eat more carbs/protein personally though...obviously if you want to lean up, keep protein up and clean, cut carbs down to 100-200/day, and fats down to 50grams/day, along with cardio also...

For lean mass, keep your proteins clean(chicken, tuna, beef, red meats, fish). At 200lbs, I would be consuming btwn 300-400grams/day, including whey..carbs keep to around 200/day if possible...oats, potatoes, rice, yams are what I would shoot for here..hope this helps...
