Gaining weight

Organic foods are great.......what was o prove by the pick? Not really "ripped, but an ok fondation, you'll get there".......Kaybe - Switch my veggies with QUiznos, good try bro....its about 3 minutes before I crash for the night.......prob not the best suggstion yo've had....

I'm just trying to nudge ya in the right direction, that diet plan looks good. STICK WITH IT for a few weeks, worst comes to worst you diet a little down the road. You can't go from abs to fat ass overnight no matter what.
 
I am CRAVING bananana and pb.....afterall, I am trying to put on clean weight so why am I limiting myself? What are your thoughts on adding a banana to my first meal and dropping the ezekiel english muffin and maybe replacing it with some low carb bread.......then maybe a few pb and banana sandwhiches throughout the day......thoughts?

Fine if you want to add sloppy weight. Try half a banana instead.
 
There's no need to drop/replace. Some days you might feel like a muffin, some days you might feel like a sandwhich or two or three. Mix it up. It's good to have a bunch of alternatives and ways of reaching that caloric goal instead of eating the same stuff every day.
