So during the holidays, I indulged. I have a lot of family, and I went to both Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's lunches and dinners throughout the two months. I really ended up gaining some way I ended up gaining around 12 pounds. No joke. It's a lot of weight that I put on now up to 230 pounds. What is some advice you can give me to get this stubborn body fat off of me by changing my diet?
