JK....3200 cals is perfectly fine now..that diet's fine too.......there was never a problem with any of your outlined diets....the problem is just sucking it up and following them and not skimping.
 
Skip the veggies to snack on at the end and.. replace them with a quiznos double meat footblong angus beef steak!!!!!!!!!! with a cup of broccoli and cheddar extra crackers!!!!
 
wow... a lot to read...sounds like i need to change my diet completely according to most of you. I'll admit, my family doesnt exactly have all the money in the world so its hard to do EVERYTHING you guys say, so please cut me a LITTLE break. HMMM, let me eat a few more days and check back with what i ate

Can you read? Half think your diet needs major work and half think it's fine for the most part, you just need to eat more.

Your statement about your family is pretty much exactly why myself and BiggT are saying don't sweat the small stuff.
 
I must admit I've never understood the "healthy food is expensive" argument, given the premium on commercially processed/prepared foods. Calories don't get much cheaper than natural peanut butter, olive oil, oats, and other "one-ingredient" foods.
 
You're right and I hadn't thought about that. The processed packaged crap is costly. I was thinking more along the lines of, it's fargin' expensive to buy a gallon of milk a day ($3), 18 eggs a day ($1.50), and eat piles of meat each day.
 
avoid the organic i've grown my own eggs with pure breed lebanses cluck-clucks that are albino and poop an opalesent shiny egg and you should be fine in the money department.
