Wow, I just saw all the replies after I asked what the young man has been eating, lol
There's NOTHING wrong with breakfast. Make sure you have at least 4 whole eggs and eat a good bit of sausage or bacon. A whole wheat bagel or whole wheat toast is obviously ''better'' than a poptart, lol, but what everyone is missing is that this is a 17 year old kid WHO DOES NOT HAVE A WEIGHT PROBLEM, lol, if a few pop tarts AFTER all that protein are satisfying, eat them, who gives a fuck, you need cals and you aren't fat.
Turkey Sandwich...no problem...hell, I've dieted down to a washboard stomach the ladies love by slathering mayo on my sandwiches, pile on enough turkey, add some lettuce and tomato, even eat 2 sandwiches, I see no problem.....unless you're eating jars of it with a spoon and then rubbing whatever you couldn't get with the spoon on your naked body, mayo on a mother-fucking sandwich won't make you fat.
School lunch depends on the school....if it is a 'balanced' lunch it probably isn't Grade A quality, but it isn't garbage either....if it is chicken nuggets or salisbury steak or whatever, nothing wrong with that, order 2, get a bunch of milks and eat the salad/veggie too.......don't go to the diet board, they'll have you bring in to school a cooler filled with brown rice and tuna and flax, and honestly, if I saw you doing that in high school, I'd make a point to call you a fag, lol.......I went from 160-235 between 8th and 12th grade, I didn't ''get fat''...in fact my body comp improved, and I thought ''juice'' was orange juice til I got to college.
What's everybody's problem with dinner? lol, it isn't K F mother-fucking C....his mom probably made it from quality ingredients, 2 breasts are probably damn near 80grams of protein, and breading and frying and cookies for dessert aren't a problem when you are 155 ripped lbs at 6' tall and have problems gaining weight.....plus, I doubt mom fries chicken every night, this is the family dinner, right?? I am sure there's red meat, steaks, meatloaf thrown in there too.....eat up, get your protein first, kill 2 big fried breasts, then shovel in all the sides you can, then go to town on the cookies......again, a BB board would recommend making your own dinner of half a can of tuna, 2 grapes, and 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil, if you were my brother and I saw you eat like that at dinner, I'd first give you a wedgie so hard your pants would rip, then I'd kick your ass.
Ramen Noodles are for drunks and pot heads and college slobs......I'd bag them and go with lots of milk and a bunch of PB and J sandwiches. ....
Nothing wrong with pizza either.....first, have a little salad, then drink a protein shake, then eat pizza until you can't move......
Seriously, the diet isn't jaw-droppingly aweful.....keep protein high, eat enough eggs (I have a feeling you're only doing 1 or 2.....try 4 for starters and whole eggs, egg whites are for fags....so are egg substitute products).....Ramen noodles are for fags too, drop them for something else high in cals and protein.....make sure to eat a real school lunch, don't go to the ice cream and twinkie line.......that's it man, don't sweat it and overcomplicate......the guy shoveling down chocolate milk and pizza will build a lot more muscle than the guy who doesnt get enough cals because they micromanage their diets, and the pizza and chocolate milk guy shouldn't get fat either unless he's really stupid and excessive, or he has a thyroid problem,lol.
