Gained 16 lbs in 6 weeks with 1-TU and Vitargo

It looks to me like 1-tu is pretty much 1-ad and 1-test. look at the bottle it says

5-androst-1-ene-3-one-B-undecanoate = 1-tu
17beta-Hydroxy-5alpha-Androst-1-ene-3-one propylcarbonate = Vpx's 1-test

Thats basically 1-test or 1-ad. Slightly different and in a capsule with sesame oil/oleic acid gel cap. Not saying is does't work but prally same effects of 1-test 1-ad. So for 1-ad/1-test users, switching to this is pretty much going for the same thing isn't it?

Testoman,

I finally get my shippment today. I will try your cycle that you posted and see what happens. I will continue to take Vitargo throughout and after my cycle. You are right I think this product helps maintain your gains and strength.

What about your diet? How much protein were you taking along with carbs. Thanks for your time.

Good post testoman, I've been looking for a while which 1-test to take. How many bottles did you have to buy for six weeks though?

I bought two bottles. Had about 10 pills left after my cycle.

I generally eat 4 times a day. Each meal is approx. 800-900 calories (not counting the Vitargo calories!). I would say that I have about 60-70g of protein per meal. What I don't like is snacking and having little MRP's all day long. I don't take any protein powders. I believe in eating REAL food. For protein it's ground beef patties, whole eggs, cheese (munster cheese is my favorite), medium fat milk. I always try to eat protein sources which contain a moderate amount of fat. I have discovered for myself that I grow best when I eat a diet rich in animal protein AND animal fats. I estimate my total daily fat intake at around 120g. The remainder of my calories come from oatmeal, bread (sandwiches), rice and noodles.

Thanks for the post. Started this morning on the powder and took the pill this morning as well.

I am going to order another bottle of Vitargo, this will only last for a while compare to 1-TU. massnutrition.com is the cheapest of all the websites I have found. Cost $90.00 for 1-tu and Vitargo, that includes shipping.

I also believe in eating whole foods for my source of protein and carbs.

What is the problem you guys have with protein powder?

from personal experience i can honestly say, that i make better progress, ie. more gains, when i choose beef, medium fat cheese, whole eggs etc for my main protein source. I never noticed any significant gains while using protein powders. in my case, it seems to be imperative to eat animal proteins that are also moderately high in fat. whey protein mixed in water doesn't fit this bill. i suspect that many athletes compromise their results by not consuming enough real food. IMHO, whey protein for instance, is nothing but a gimmick shoved down our gullible throats by the greedy supp industry.

I certainly wouldn't go so far as to say whey protein is a "gimmick", I mean, the serving contents are posted on the bottle and whey powder is a quick and convenient means of ingesting protein content.

But if you prefer the taste and intangibles of "real" food, I can't argue with that.

To each his own, I guess...

i call whey protein a gimmick because its usefulness is completely blown out of proportion by the supp industry. for me personally, whey protein pales in comparison to beef etc. when it comes to building muscle. again, this is my own personal observation, but i am sure that i am not an exception.
