G-Plenish week 2

ordered two tubs today. hope they're the 1500 g ones but i don't care. i just want to see the effects of it. all the other af products have given me the results they promise. if this one is as good as they say, i will be even a step closer to acheiving my goals. i'll keep you guys updated.
 
remeber it tastes earthey and must be blended or dry shaken with other richly flavored items =-)

Earthy as in it tastes like dirt or compost?
 
"Earthy" as in a natural flavor and smell that you can tell is natural and most likey good for you, not chemically, or artificial smelling or tasting.
 
what if we are really drinkin some dog shit extract or somethin and people who made it are really laughin at us

anyway Im sore as fuck today cause I was doing legs yesterday, that plus 3hr long basketball practice did it for me...

we'll see if I can recover from this, and by the way Im taking 3 large scoops a day, in the morning before and after practice...
tommorow I will take it after practice + upper body workout in the gym.

by the way wouldnt it be better if I took it in the morning, after being done with practice and last thing before I go to bed

Gplenish seems to be dose dependant rather than timing dependant

so its sot so much on when you take it, and more so on how much you take

2-3 huge table spoons is enough for the trained athlete

although on hard cardio days, and leg days sometimes I have 4 servings:)


does not tast like chocolate cake but it works:angel:
 
what I did today was put just some water in this glass and added tablespoon of gplenish, I didnt mix it just downed it like a shot of vodka or somethnig... I didnt really mix it cause that way the taste effect is really short compared to mixing it with some water and slowly drinkin it..

is that cool or will that not work?
 
has anyone tried this pre/durring workout. I normally have a shake I have durring my workout as I am bulking. It has 25-30g protein, 35g carbs and 5g creatine. I wanted to take the g-plenish with that, post workout, and before bed to add up to 3 scoops per day on training days.

Gpenish is earthy in nature in fact all GP's have a similar flavors the way around this is to blend it with something richly flavored.

ie choc, banana, or vanilla

try grapfruit juice as well seeing as it blocks the flavor as well if you dont have richly flavored items:)

before workouts it increase my endurance by alot:)

I think it is because it can be used as an energy source.

pre workout you will notice a marked difference in performance
 
Thanks bro, i will post my result atleast here after I try it for a week or so. Hopefully a 1 to1 ratio of g-plenish to protein will be ok for the taste.
 
3 to ones is better at first =(

I cannot lie bro,

however as you get used to it 2:1 should suffice

as my freind says

since its high in protein already you could also use one scoop of your whey if your left with no option , then one scoop of GPLENISH but if you were to so this you would at least need a half banana to offset the taste if you did not want to add another preitn scoop
 
The taste is something that you get used to very quickly (unless you're a huge... you know, pussy), and the benefits largely outweight any momentary taste discomfort you might experience at first.
 
pussy or whatver it still tastes like shit so it better deliver some results, its 4th day and my whole lower body is still sore after lifting on sunday and I gotta 3 hour long bball practice tommorow

I dont kno what to blame this on just yet cause I dont know what I would feel like without gplenish... this was my first time lifting weights this month cause im in my basketball season..

yesterday I did upper body and I'm fine so I guess basketball is whats keeping my legs hurtin...

although performance wise the legs arent stopping me from going hard though, at least thats what I want to think

I cannot lie it does become an aquired taste, that why we really emphsized this poin twhen we first got on here.

if you dilute it with your protein powder you should be fine

since when does anything in bodybuilding taste good? i seriously get so mad everytime i see people complaining about the taste of something. the vagina's need to stop bleeding

suck it up for god's sakes. and its not even bad after the first time. i like the taste now. goes great with muscle milk
 
I dont know I think its workin though my upper body is still not sore(it usually gets really sore on second day after linfting) and my legs recovered.

and the thing about mixing it with protein isnt possible right now cause I dont have any so I mix it with my creatine sometimes which for some reason also tastes really bad but when you put two of those together they make a decent combination
 
Im gonna buy some gplenish this week...I know the question has been answered a bunch of times on the mixing technique but im still a little confused on the dry mixing...(is it necessary?)

I take two (lean body) mrp shakes a day, morning and PW...I add a tbsp of flax to each one (just starting to get used to taste)...each packet of lean body I would assume is about equivelant to 3scoops

I put 16ounces of milk in blender, start it up.....pour in the lean body mrp then pour in a tbsp of flax....could I then pour in the heaping tablespoon of gplenish?

or do I need to empty out the packet of lean body and mix it with the gplenish seperately before I add into the blender...

lastly...will the flax and gplenish combine to be a horrendous tasting shake? hah...

nope just just throw it all in like a regular protien powder =-)

then blend the Lean body is enough to compensate for the taste.....


that actually sounds like a great shake.....
 
got my gplenish today. it was actually delivered last wednesday and ordered on monday, but i was out of town. will post results in a week. interesting taste for sure. i'll try the grapefruit juice approach with splenda. be back in a week.

one rounded table spoon provides 15 grams of protien of which 5.595 grams is glutamine :)

then you got pretty much all the other amino acids in the spectrum bound to that so it can survive the PH changes in your gut and hence arrive at the target tissues needed for your body to regenerate

may taste interesting but it takes so little of it to work :)

G-Plenish doesn't taste bad at all if you consume it with 1/2 cup dextrose, honey, Nectar Kiwi-strawberry and Fuzzy Navel. I'm not sure why you guys are complaining...sissies :p :D :cool:

Remember that glutamine is a glucogenic AA and raises BG levels and therefore insulin.(Not much..but appreciable). Taking 200mg R-ALA with the combo reduces the insulin release(Because of smaller BG levels due to the R-ALA), and allows the GH pulse to take effect.
(As you know, insulin levels are inversely related to GH levels).

fonz, this is a little off topic of g-plenish but me being hypoglycemic, would R-ALA help me? when i eat i have spikes of insulin and then it depletes leaving low blood sugar levels. would R-ALA help control those spikes? thanks in advance.

just wanted to put my 2 cents in on this product

i started taking it a week and a half ago. i'm a natty lifter and frown upon supplements for the most part as they all seem worthless for the most part. gplenish has impressed the hell out of me so far. there was a break over thanksgiving that i didn't take it so technically i've been on for 4 days, off for 3, and back on for 3 at two heaping tablespoons per day(one immediately before workout and one immediately after).

i trained legs on monday. usually thursday(today) is my sorest day of the week as far as my legs and glutes go. today my soreness is all but gone. it started fading last night. i feel like i could do legs tomorrow. the recovery is awesome.

i also started R-ALA at the same time and haven't noticed much from that. i'm not exactly sure what i'm looking for, but i was hoping to see some fat drop off but i probably just need to give it more time.

anyways - gplenish...good stuff. i can now walk normally 4 days out of the week as opposed to two and a half. i'll continue to use this stuff.
 
just a question.. what other glutamine peptide products like this are there? g-plenish isn't the only one is it? i would search but im too lazy right now :)

G-Plenish is not the only glutamine peptide formula.
 
curiuos how far out of range is it for you?

I ask for down the road I am thinking of doing a discount for college students...........
 
well seeing that with afdiscount it is 39 dollarsplus shipping, I would probably pay around 30-35 dollars maximum, 40 would be a stretch, but that 30-35 includes shipping as well. I do not have too much time to work other jobs except on campus jobs so I cant just buy good stuff like this that often. I am not cheap, just studying :)

BTW how long does it take to be shipped once it has been ordered? Hope it gets here fast cause I'm coming off the sauce on Sunday.

however I am really happy about you trusting us, that is everything.........:)

that is why I am here and started this........

its going to help you, take 3 -4 big table spoons a day, this dose is a little higher but since you coming off the extra kick would be good.

it should be there by mid next week

if out take creatine, Gplenish, and back off your training and use a good PCT regimen your going to keep more than you think

Been on 6 days (AM/PM) and have noticed some increase in volumization and vascularity. Recovery time seems improved a smidge. Taste is no big deal at all. I'm liking it.

right on it will develop more as you get into it, from what our customers are saying it all seem to solidify around week 2 or 3........
 
been on for about a week and a half. i am a beleiver now. size and vascularity have increased dramatically, considering this is a natural supp. recovery time down too. very helpful in helpful in my cutting endeavors, along with trex/lrex/rala/yohimburn. ( my credit card weeps) Can't wait to see what happens at week 2 and 3. will keep updated.

You will notice the effects on the day after your workout (provided you work hard enough to expect a certain amount of soreness and fatigue as the after-effect), but two weeks is roughly when it really begins to shine.
 
Been on 3 weeks now -- pumps are great, muscles feel harder, increased vascularity, weights are up on all exercises (I kid you not - this AM I hit a PR on bench) and post-workout recovery has shortened noticeably. My regimen is as follows...

Workout Days...
2 scoops protein, 1 heaping tbsp G-Plenish AM
1 tbsp G-Plenish at lunch
5 gr creatine pre-workout
2 scoops protein, 1 heaping tbsp G-Plenish, 5 gr creatine post-workout

Non-Workout Days...
1 scoop protein, 1 heaping tbsp G-Plenish AM
1 tbsp G-Plenish at lunch
1 scoop protein, 1 heaping tbsp G-Plenish after dinner

I also take 2-3 Glucorell with all my meals that contain carbs

Needless to say, I'm sold!
